SEDC to hold the first-ever State Employment Training Panel (ETP) Contract in Siskiyou

Our organization will hold the first-ever State Employment Training Panel (ETP) Contract in Siskiyou. This program will provide $54,000 in training reimbursement dollars for a pilot group of Siskiyou businesses (both large and small) providing employees with opportunities to train and retain a reliable workforce. Support from several partners helped this program come to fruition.

Funding provided by the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG), the Federal Home Loan Bank, Merchants Bank, the Union Pacific Foundation, the Ford Family Foundation and Shasta College was critical to establishing the first ETP contract representing Siskiyou County businesses.
