Brownfields

The Brownfields Assessment Coalition includes the Cities of Yreka and Weed and the County of Siskiyou. Brownfields are properties where expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of the property may be complicated by the presence or perceived presence of a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant. We are requesting your help in developing a countywide inventory of potential brownfields properties. Visit www.siskiyoucounty.org/brownfieldinput to learn more or suggest potential brownfield sites.
