July 24, 2020—Shop Safe Shop Local: Siskiyou County Businesses Receive PPE

The Siskiyou Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Jefferson Economic Development Institute (JEDI) are working together to distribute PPE to several hundred Siskiyou County small businesses. Approximately 160,740 state-allocated surgical masks and 1,311 gallons of hand sanitizer have been made available to Siskiyou County small businesses-- at no cost, in collaboration with the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GoBiz). Siskiyou County businesses who employ 25 or fewer people can request items online. Siskiyou County Economic Development and JEDI will coordinate curbside pick-up and PPE delivery in central locations across Siskiyou County.
