Yreka Carnegie Library Finding of No Adverse Effect (FNAE) and Historic Structures Report (HSR), 2022
Complete. These documents were prepared by GPA. The FNAE finds that the proposed rehabilitation of the library would not cause an adverse effect on the historic property as defined by Section 106 and would not have a significant impact on the historical resource as defined by CEQA. GPA prepared the HSR and initiated the Section 106 consultation process with SHPO. The HSR is attached to the FNAE document under “Appendix D.”

Architecture and Engineering (A&E) Plans, 2022
Complete. ORW Architecture prepared the A&E plans.
Yreka Carnegie Library Adaptive Reuse Plan, 2022
Complete. The Siskiyou Economic Development Council (Siskiyou EDC) authored the Carnegie Library Adaptive Reuse plan, which justifies the feasibility of the project and programs proposed by Siskiyou EDC for its future use.
Yreka Carnegie Library Feasibility Study, 2019
Complete. An initial feasibility study was completed and submitted to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Community Facility Technical Assistance and Training Grant (CFTAT) program by the Siskiyou EDC, which mapped a strategy to successfully rehabilitate the Carnegie Library.
